Bigger projects start with an $85 in-home consult, credited if you book within 30 days. Travel is free in Grand Junction and nearby towns (Redlands, Orchard Mesa, Clifton, Fruitvale, Fruita, Loma, Palisade, Whitewater); farther out, it’s $50 per hour of round-trip drive time, and longer trips have a 5-hour minimum booking.

It’s a relaxed, free 20-minute conversation. Fill out the short intake form first and send a few photos if you can. Then tell me what’s working, what isn’t, and how you want the space to feel. Small spaces can be quoted from photos; bigger projects start with a one-hour in-home consultation. You’ll have a clear plan and price before we begin.

Not at all. We recommend that you hold off. I measure first, then plan and shop locally for exactly what your space needs, within a materials budget you approve. Prefer to shop yourself? I’ll give you the shopping list and skip the sourcing fee.

Never. Every home has a space that’s gotten away from us, and you don’t need to tidy up before I arrive. No judgment, no pressure, and no expectation of perfection.

For organizing, it helps to have you there at the start for the keep-or-let-go decisions. After that, you don’t need to stay home, as long as an adult (18+) can be reached by phone. If children are home, an adult needs to be there with them. Before I arrive, please secure pets and share any door codes by phone, never in writing.

You decide what stays. I’ll help you sort into keep, donate, and let go, and nothing leaves your home without your OK. I’ll also share easy local drop-off options so things don’t linger in the garage.
How long will it take?

It depends on the space. A Quick Reframe is 3 hours on site, and a Signature Reframe is one 6-hour session. Most pantries and closets are done in a day. Bigger rooms take 2–3 visits, and garages take a few visits. You’ll get a time estimate with your plan.

Often! Visits booked within 72 hours are +$75, if I can fit you in. Daytime weekend appointments are available by request at no extra charge.

Only with your written permission. At the end of a project, I’ll ask whether I can share before-and-afters, and you choose exactly what’s shared and where. Saying no is completely fine. I never show your address, family photos or anything personal, and you can change your mind anytime.

What’s not included?
What’s not included?
I don’t do electrical work, roofline or major exterior lighting, heavy or masonry mounting, repairs, cleaning, junk hauling, ceiling, whole-room or exterior painting, or lifting anything over about 50 lb. For heavier jobs, I can point you to an independent partner you hire directly.
