The Lovely Reframe LLC respects your privacy. Here's how I handle your information.

What I collect: only what you choose to send me when you call, text, email or fill out my intake form or book a call. That's your name, contact details, address, details about your home and project, and any photos you share.

How I use it: to reply to you, plan and deliver your project, send invoices, and keep the business records the law requires. I'll only text you about your project if you've said that's OK.

Who sees it: me. My intake form and email run on Google (Google Forms and Google Workspace), which also hosts this website, and I use Calendly to schedule calls. I share your details with a partner, such as a handyman, only when you ask me to. I never sell or rent your information.

Photos of your home: never shared or posted without your written permission on my Photo & Video Consent form. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

How long I keep it: as long as I need it for your project and for business and tax records, then I delete it. You can ask me anytime to see, correct or delete your information, and I'll do it unless the law requires me to keep it.

This website: built on Google Sites. I don't add advertising trackers or analytics. Google may use basic cookies to run the site; see Google's Privacy Policy.

Children: this site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information online.

Changes: if this policy changes, I'll update the date above.
